How to wear leopard at work.

I recently posted a suggestion of how to wear leopard at work. This sparked some interest, including with our stylist Sarah who showed up for work in one of the looks, so we decided to expand and show a few more options. Average outfit shown here at Arc’s Value Village sells for $20, except on Sundays where you’ll find items like these for 80% off! Purrrrrrr-fect! Style experts recommend keeping the look tailored (match your office culture and code) and let the leopard do the talking! Basic black pairs well, and just add a few accessories to complete the look.

Option 1 Blazer

Are you a work wolf in leopard disguise? I love adding this jacket to jeans for work. It is comfortable but takes the styleometer up a few degrees. Add a tucked-in band t-shirt and booties to complete the look.

Option 2 Pants

Do you love menswear but feel too manly in classic monochromes? Mix up classic silhouettes with animal prints to bring out the professional gender-neutral style here. Let the pants do the talking here, and add in a classic white button-down shirt, black blazer and sparkly loafers.

Option 3 Coat

Not sure you are ready to commit to the cat? This cat goes from day to night by scampering out for the evening in a leopard coat over her conservative black work dress. Gold accessories and computer bag tie the whole look together.

Option 4 Belt

Can’t do more than a pop of print? Go for it! This belt will turn heads, with a budget-friendly PPTH (price per turned head). Per our Thrift Stylist Sarah, twist belt to side so buckle does not detract from outfit.

We like to call these low-risk, high reward! Average outfit shown here sells for about $20, and makes it look like you spent a lot more money and time pulling that together. All proceeds support The Arc Minnesota and people with intellectual and developmental disabilities such as Down syndrome and autism. We hope to see you soon!
