Thriftable Fall Fashions

Crisper, cooler temps are settling in, the leaves on the trees are beginning to turn stunning hues of orange and yellow. We’re stashing away our tanks, shorts and sundresses we loved all summer long and making room in our closets for the cozy layers of fall.

Capes/Ponchos
It’s a comfy, oversized coverall that does double duty – keeping you fashionable and toasty warm! You’re bound to find one you love at Arc’s Value Village – both the sweaters and outerwear racks are must-shop departments while you’re on the hunt for this trend item.
If you fancy yourself a DIY’er, you can also keep your eyes peeled for a great blanket (maybe of the vintage Pendleton or Faribault Woolen Mill variety) and make your own blanket cape!
